Farm Sim Game Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sargent Interactive LLC ("Sargent Interactive", "we", "us"), which owns and operates FarmSimGame.com, the Farm Sim Game Discord bot, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you buy a Supporter subscription, you also agree to them by ticking the box at checkout. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age Discord requires in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.
• You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through it on the Service.

2. Your Content and Uploads

• You are responsible for anything you upload or post, including mods, comments, ratings, server listings, and everything on your profile page (section 17). You confirm you have the rights to it, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and that it contains no malware.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give Sargent Interactive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and adapt it (for example, resizing images) to run and promote the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or we remove it, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time or that other users already downloaded.
• Mods listed from the official GIANTS ModHub belong to their authors and GIANTS Software. We link to ModHub for those downloads.
• Mods are free. Every mod on the ModBarn must be free for everyone, as GIANTS Software's rules require. ModBarn modders must follow the ModBarn Modding Guidelines and must never sell mods or put mods, early versions, files, chats or roles behind payment, here or elsewhere.
• Supporting modders. You can send voluntary support to ModBarn modding teams. That support is paid to the team, not to us, unlocks nothing, and is covered by the Modder Support Terms, which form part of these Terms.
• We may remove content or listings that break these Terms or the law. When we remove content you posted, we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it or you can't be contacted.
• To report content you believe is illegal, infringing, or breaks these Terms, email [email protected] with a link to it and the reason. We review every report.

3. Acceptable Use

• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in a way that damages it or makes it unavailable to others.
• Don't harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone, and don't share other people's personal information without their consent.
• Don't upload malware or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't scrape the Service, overload it with automated requests, or try to get around its security or feature limits.

4. Our Content

• The Service's own design, text, code, and graphics belong to Sargent Interactive. You may view them and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Don't republish, sell, or copy them without our permission.

5. Supporter Subscriptions

• Supporter subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) are optional monthly subscriptions that unlock extra features on the website, our Discord bot, and game server tools. They are sold by Sargent Interactive LLC. They are separate from support you send to ModBarn modders, which goes to the modders and follows the Modder Support Terms; this section and section 6 don't apply to that. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel online at any time from your Supporter Settings page with one click. Cancelling stops all future charges; your benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and we email you a confirmation.
• Emails. We email you when your subscription starts, changes, is cancelled, has a failed payment, or ends, and once a year to remind you of your renewal terms and how to cancel.
• Changing tiers. You can switch tiers from Supporter Settings once every 30 days. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you're charged only the price difference for the rest of your current billing period, your billing date stays the same, and the full new price applies from your next renewal. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal; you keep your current benefits until then.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we email you and keep your benefits active for 7 days while you update your payment method. After that they are removed until a payment succeeds.
• Price changes. We will email you between 7 and 30 days before any price change affects your subscription, with a reminder of how to cancel. A price change never affects a period you already paid for. If you are charged a higher price and didn't want it, you can cancel within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund the unused part of that period.
• Benefits. We may improve or change Supporter features over time. If we materially reduce the benefits of your tier, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change.
• Your invoices and receipts are in the Billing History section of Supporter Settings. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page when you subscribe or update your payment method.

6. Refunds

• Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for unused time after you cancel, except in these cases:
  • EU and UK customers: you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. Because you ask us at checkout to start your benefits immediately, we refund your payment minus the share for the days you already had. To withdraw, cancel in Supporter Settings and email [email protected] within the 14 days.
  • The price-increase refund described in section 5.
  • Charges made in error, such as a duplicate charge.
  • Any other refund that applicable consumer law requires, including consumer guarantees in Australia.
• Upgrading isn't a refund: the unused part of your old plan is credited against the upgrade charge.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, please email [email protected] first; we can usually fix it faster than your bank. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the benefits that payment covered end.

7. Feature Limits and Grandfathered Content

• The Free tier and each Supporter tier include limits on certain per-Discord-server features (Embeds, Timed Messages, Applications, YouTube Channels, Auto Responders, Reaction Roles, and Game Servers). Changes to these limits follow section 5.
• Effective 7/19/26, we updated these per-tier limits. If a Discord server already had more of a given feature set up than its current tier now allows, that existing content is grandfathered in and will not be removed or disabled because of the limit change.
• However, while a Discord server is at or over its tier's limit for a feature, you will not be able to create additional items of that type. To add more, you must first bring your usage back under the limit (for example, by removing existing items) or upgrade to a Supporter tier with a higher or unlimited limit for that feature.
• This grandfathering applies only to content that already existed before a given limit change took effect. It is not a guarantee for future limit changes; we will state at the time whether any new change carries the same grandfathering.

8. Privacy

• Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

9. Other Services

• The Service works with services run by other companies, including Discord, Stripe, GIANTS Software's ModHub, and YouTube. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for them.
• Modders who receive support connect their own Stripe account. Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, apply between them and Stripe.

10. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game server data is accurate.
• Mods, tools, and other content on the Service are made by other people. Downloading and using them is at your own risk; back up your savegames first.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent the law allows, Sargent Interactive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, savegames, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
• These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

12. Your Responsibility for Your Content

• If someone makes a claim against Sargent Interactive because of content you uploaded or because you broke the law through the Service, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Suspension and Termination

• You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close access to the Service, or remove a server listing or bot, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the law, or to protect other users. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first.
• If we end your paid subscription for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we'll refund the unused part of your current billing period.

14. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms. For a material change, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on the website and by email to subscribers before it takes effect. Supporters will be asked to accept the new Terms; if you don't, you can cancel before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
• If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
• Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction.
• If you live in the EU, the UK, or another country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim in your own country or under your own country's laws, nothing in this section removes that right.

16. General

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms, we haven't waived it.
• We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over the Service; your rights under them stay the same.

17. Player Profiles and Reporting

• Your profile page. Every member has a profile page that you can customise in My Profile: its look, banner, picture, text, status badges, social links, screenshots, your own sections, and what it shows. Anyone can open it, signed in or not. Your name, picture, banner, tagline, badges, social links and friend count are always shown; you choose in My Profile who sees the rest. If you turn on the public profile page, it also gets its own web address and search engines may list it. You can turn that off at any time, though search engines may take a while to drop copies they already made.
• What isn't allowed on a profile. Sections 2 and 3 apply to everything on your profile, and because players as young as 13 use the Service, you also must not post or link to:
  • sexual, sexually suggestive, graphically violent or shocking content;
  • hate, harassment, bullying or threats aimed at anyone, or content that targets a person or group;
  • personal information, yours or anyone else's, such as a home address, phone number, school, or private photos;
  • anything that pretends to be another person, community, modding team, GIANTS Software, or Farm Sim Game staff;
  • scams, spam, cheats, or offers to sell accounts or mods;
  • screenshots, artwork or other images you didn't make and don't have permission to share.
• Reporting a profile. Signed-in members can report a profile, or one thing on it, with the Report option on the page. You can also email [email protected]. We keep a copy of the page as it was when it was reported so our staff can review it even if it changes. We don't tell the member who reported them. Don't send false or abusive reports; that breaks these Terms too.
• What we may do. If a profile breaks these Terms, we may remove the content that breaks them (it is deleted, including uploaded images), hide the whole page from other members until it is fixed, or, for serious or repeated breaches, take the steps in section 13. We'll tell you what we did and why through your notifications unless the law prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, contact Support or email [email protected] and we'll look again.
• The license in section 2 covers what you put on your profile, so we can show it to the people you choose. It ends when you delete it or your account, as described in section 2 and the Privacy Policy.
